By the way, do you have any music of the Croatian composer Marko Ivan Lukačić (1584 -- 1648)(Марко Иван Лукачич)? His "Cantiones sacrae" are divine! The beautiful motet "Canite et psalite" I've heard 27 years ago and still remember every note of it! So, I would enormously appreciate any recording of Lukacic!
Unfortunately, there is no sign here about some compositions of Lukacic. This LP was the second in series of 5 which were produced by Serbian Ensemble Renaissance. In all five there is not a trace of Lukacic. Very sorry! Of all ex Yugoslav ensembles I possess one more LP issued by Ensemble Musica Antiqua, but it is dedicated to Elizabethan epoque in England, France XV and XVI c., Spain XIII-XVI c. and Ars Nova in Italy. I intend to upload all of these to intoclassics.net after I do graphical works of scans.
There is info at Wikipedia which tell us that this ensemble has performed Lukacic compositions: "The early music Ensemble Renaissance performs and has recorded a setting of his motets as part of its "Journey through Dalmatia" program."
But, I have a CD titled "Journey Through Dalmatia" of the Ensemble Renaissance (1999), and this I downloaded somewhere on the net, so, it is not mine. Tracks number 22 (Motet 'Cantabo Domino'), 23 (Motet 'Benedic Domino') and 24 (Motet 'Orantibus in loco isto') are Lukacic compositions. If you do not possess it I can upload it to the net, but I must say once again, this CD is not mine!
